Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Typically, orders are dispatched within 7 working days after being placed. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please understand that these times are estimates and not guarantees.
Orders placed on weekends and certain holidays are processed on the next business day. However, delays may occur during busy periods, such as sales events.
*Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Delays are expected for orders paid on Saturdays and Sundays.
General Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the carton. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your location during checkout.
After processing your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with a delivery tracking link, allowing you to track your order at any time.
West Malaysia & East Malaysia
Our current promotion offers free shipping to the whole of West Malaysia for any quantity and item available in stock. For East Malaysia, free shipping occurs for purchases over RM300 without any quantity or weight limit.
