Applicable to product warranty, cancellation, return, and exchange policies

No Warranty Coverage
INTEX products distributed in Malaysia do not carry any manufacturer or distributor warranty. All products are sold on an “as-is” basis. Wan Lee Sdn. Bhd. and INTEX Malaysia do not provide warranty coverage for wear and tear, performance, or longevity of products.

 

Distribution Scope
INTEX products sold on this website are officially distributed in Malaysia. All policies stated herein apply only to purchases made within Malaysia through authorized INTEX distribution channels.

 

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only eligible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, processed for delivery, or handed over to a logistics provider, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 

Return and Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)
Returns or exchanges are strictly limited to cases involving verified manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects refer to faults arising from production that affect the product’s usability, safety, or intended function.

Returns or exchanges will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to customer preference, sizing, color variation, weight, design dissatisfaction, or normal wear and tear.

Exclusions from Return or Exchange
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, neglect, or failure to follow instructions

• Wear and tear from regular use

• Damage due to environmental exposure, improper storage, or inadequate maintenance

• Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources

 

Claim Requirements
All return or exchange requests must be submitted with:

• Valid proof of purchase

• Clear photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect

• A written description of the issue

Wan Lee Brothers Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to inspect and validate all claims before approving any return or exchange.

Approval and Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Wan Lee Brothers Sdn. Bhd. may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or exchange of the defective item, subject to stock availability. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise required under applicable consumer laws.

Non-Transferability
All return or exchange eligibility applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability
Wan Lee Brothers Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, delays, or unavailability of replacement stock. No temporary or substitute products will be provided.

Wan Lee Brothers Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to reflect operational, regulatory, or product-related changes.
